So....it's been forever since I blogged anything. I haven't felt the need to nor the desire. Things are good. Things are GREAT. And mostly, things are BUSY. I might be blogging still incognito here and there, but for my own amusement. So, if you stumble across a blog and think, "huh...that sounds like Angela", you might be right. Or you might not. Probably not because who am I kidding?? I didn't have time to blog on here at all, where will I find the time later?
That's a rhetorica question.
Today it's supposed to be in the 90's, possibly 100's. The heat index will be in the 110's. The temperature at 9:10 am was 81 degrees. That's not too hot to some people...but the humidity was 96%. It is heavy, hazy, and damp-ish out there in the heat. Today I am grateful for whoever invented the air conditioner.
On a side note, I'm going to be making Tzatziki sauce this weekend. The last time I made it, it was not as good as I had wanted it to be. I've learned my lesson: a little garlic goes a long way, and yes, they really ARE serious when the say to drain the yogurt overnight because it DOES get too runny if you don't. Although, I will tell you, runny tzatziki is a good salad dressing!! :)
So long my faithful blog readers. It's been fun and the opportunity to write out my thoughts was more cathartic and calming than I had previously thought it would be. So thank you, from the bottom of my heart. We've grown together.
